And I know it's a black and white toon. But yes, really. The beach sand up here is gray/black. See Photo.

Our beaches around here don't come with tan beach sand, but a multitude of gemstones and black-gray rocks. It's quite gorgeous against a rain-stormy sky. And it's not unusual to find people going up and down the beaches after a high tide looking for something particularly special. If you ever do visit the area, do make a point of visiting our beaches. They are mesmerizing.
